ATTICUS Collection for JOHANSON I Orgatec 2018 I Stockholm Furniture Fair 2019

For our first collaboration with Swedish manufacturer JOHANSON, Erin sought to bridge her American heritage with Johanson’s Scandinavian design ethos to create a new icon for the company; a timeless collection based on respect of form, craftsmanship, and comfort. With this in mind, ATTICUS takes its name from the iconic hero of Harper Lee’s classic American novel, To Kill A Mockingbird. The modest form is derived from the North American finch bird, elegantly rounded body and armrests or wings that subtly embrace the user. The Lounge is offered with either High or Low back, the chair and stool are offered with or without arms. Multiple base variations in wood, metal, sled and swivel maximize functionality and are easily adaptable for office, hospitality or residential spaces.
